What all does the price of a corporate apartment include?
Our rental costs include the following: base rent of the apartment, utilities, furnishings, kitchen and housewares packages, linens (bedding and towels), television with basic cable, local phone service, monthly housekeeping (optional), washer/dryer (in most units), covered parking or garage (where available), and full use of the community facilities. Other options are also offered to personalize your package to your needs.

What is the billing process like?
Each month we will invoice you for the upcoming rental month as well as any other additional charges that were acquired during the previous month. You can choose how you are invoiced: either directly to the tenant or with a direct bill to your corporate account. Company checks and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) can be accepted as payment for your rental. On the first of each month, rent is due.
